Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at muggi.co.uk. If you're not completely happy with your muggi, we want to put it right.

Changed your mind? Return it within 30 days

You can cancel your order and return your muggi for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is longer than the 14 days required by law.

To start a return, email us at hello@muggi.co.uk with your order number.

For a change-of-mind return, the muggi should be unused and in its original packaging, and you pay the cost of sending it back. We recommend a tracked, insured service, as we can't refund items lost on the way back to us.

Faulty or wrong item?

If your muggi arrives damaged or faulty, or we've sent the wrong item, email us at hello@muggi.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and we'll cover the cost of the return. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Our 88-year guarantee

Every muggi is guaranteed for 88 years. If it doesn't stand up to everyday bumps, drops and knocks in normal use, we'll replace it. See our 88-year guarantee. It doesn't matter where, when or who you bought it from.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or proof that you've sent it, we'll refund you within 14 days, including the original standard delivery charge. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

Items that can't be returned

Custom or personalised products, such as branded muggi made with your logo, can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Gifts

If your muggi was a gift sent directly to you, we'll refund you as a gift card for its value. Otherwise, refunds go to the person who placed the order.

Bought from another retailer?

If you bought your muggi from another shop or marketplace, such as Tesco, please return it to that retailer for a refund. The 88-year guarantee still applies, so contact us if it fails.
