A couple of years ago muggi and its inventor, David Trotter, appeared on prime time daytime BBC TV on a show called The Customer Is Aways Right where 3 entrepreneurs and their products were pitted against one another. With only real customers feedback between them and the winner's title, it was a hard fought battle that saw muggi, and David, emerge victorious!
